Programme

The 12th edition of Forum DSI is structured as a three-day professional event combining strategic conferences, expert panels, sponsor workshops, innovation showcases, partner and experts round tables, startup and student engagement, skills development, and AI-focused activities. The agenda balances high-level thought leadership with practical sessions, ecosystem networking, and recognition moments. It also gives significant visibility to digital maturity, innovation, AI, sponsors, startups, and professional networking, making the forum both a strategic reflection platform and an operational exchange space for the IT and digital leadership community. The AI-Driven: From Concept to Value approach is a strategic framework that enables organizations to transform abstract artificial intelligence ideas into measurable business outcomes, such as increased profitability or improved operational efficiency. This transition requires moving beyond simple pilot projects and embedding AI at the core of decision-making processes and product development. The Pillars of Moving from Concept to ValueTo successfully achieve this transition, experts agree on three fundamental dimensions:1.	Strategy and AlignmentIt is essential to define a concrete business problem (for example, “more accurate cash flow forecasting”) rather than simply “doing AI.” Success depends on aligning AI initiatives with profit and loss (P&L) objectives.2.	Technical Capabilities (The “Platform”)This includes establishing a modern data architecture, AI-ready data pipelines, and scalable platforms that enable the rapid deployment of machine learning models.3.	Value Realization and CultureValue does not come from technology alone, but from organizational change. This requires a Product Thinking culture, data literacy across the workforce, and responsible governance practices to build trust.
